4. Shipping & Fulfilment

We currently ship within the United Kingdom.

Estimated delivery timeframes:

  • Shipping Time: 5–12 business days

Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email.

Orders placed after 4 PM (GMT+1) are processed the next business day.

5. Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee.

To qualify for a return:

  • Products must be returned in original packaging
  • Items must remain in original condition

Opened or used products are not eligible for return.

We do not currently offer exchanges. Customers wishing to exchange an item should place a new order and return the original product according to our refund policy.
